Consultation

Consultations are free. Every custom piece begins with a conversation about your idea, references, size, and placement so Asena can quote your project accurately.

Deposits

A deposit is required to lock in your appointment. The deposit covers Asena's custom design time before your session and is applied toward your final total on session day. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.

Rescheduling

Life happens. Reschedules with at least 72 hours' notice keep your deposit intact and applied to the new appointment. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.

Design ownership

Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Asena Ozer. Purchasing a tattoo grants you the tattoo itself, not exclusive rights to reproduce the design in other formats.

Session day

Come well-rested, hydrated, and fed. Bring your reference images and any comfort items. Alcohol and blood thinners must be avoided in the 24 hours before your session.

Aftercare

Full aftercare instructions are provided at session end. Following them is required to preserve pigment saturation and healing quality — especially for color realism work.

Studio

Work is performed at Cleopatra Ink Denver. Studio location details are shared with you upon booking confirmation.
